FULL DAY - $2,000/FLAT RATE | HALF DAY - $1,500.00/FLAT RATE | QUARTER DAY - $500.00/HR

TERMS and conditions

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. My time and work are valuable to me and I will only work with those who see the value in it as well. Discounts can be issued but are not permanent. As my rates may increase, it may cause the discounts to vary as well. I do offer military, police, and fire discounts, which land at 25% off my current rate. A 50% deposit is required upon every booking, which is non refundable. Rescheduling can be done once and no closer than 1 week before the booking. The remaining 50% will be due on the day of the shoot. If the client decides to “cancel/reschedule” within a week of the booking, the deposit will be forfeited. The difference between a Shoot, and Event Roaming are as follows. A Shoot is set with an actual concept and plan for specific shots, with strategic efforts to provide a higher quality image usually for limited subjects. An Event Shoot is usually myself roaming around shooting moments, people, or objects at your event that could help tell the story of what occurred at your event. Detailed Shoots almost always come out cleaner and more focused than Event Shoots, please keep that in mind when booking your shoot. Event shoots do not include “Photo Booth style photo”. I do offer a discount for booking more hours as seen on the list above. Location, Date, and Time of booking must be provided upon booking or no closer than one week before the booking (unless allowed by photographer). The areas local to me which have no travel fee are San Diego, Los Angeles County, Inland Empire, and Orange County. Any shoots booked outside of those counties may require travel fees depending on the distance and time I would need to spend getting there, staying there, and returning home. Fees may include “Gas & Miles” if I have to drive, “Flights” I will need flight to be covered both ways, “Vehicle” if there is no dedicated person to drive me during my stay a Car Rental or UBER fee will be added, “Lodge” if I have to spend the night due to the booking the client must cover a decent hotel (I do not stay at MOTEL 6), “Permits” if necessary to shoot on location, and/or “Rentals” if the production requires special equipment. My rate does not include the rate of the model, studio, or additional equipment besides what I have in my arsenal. I do own all the rights to all of my photos and will license out the photos to the client for their specified use. Certain usage may require additional fees. With consideration, any and all photos shot for my clients may be used in showcase on my portfolio at one point or another. My turn around extends to a 2 week window for standard shoots, but I usually turn around within days. A RUSH TAG can be placed on your shoot to bounce it forward to the front of my queue for an additional cost depending on the editing load. If a period of 3 months has gone by with failure to put forth effort on your end to finish or receive the project, our agreement will have become void and you will have forfeited your payment .
